Statue 139.07-78 is a law based upon discrimination of the Athenian People in the greater Russian Region. It states that no Athenian shall be denied citizenship, services, or the ability of voting based upon their race. The law is no longer in affect as the unification of the United Kingdom of Russia and Athens allowed both nations the ability to have peace and harmony.
