Queen Victoria III of St. Bishop was the monarch and queen of Bat Kingdom. She is often credited for funding the City of St. Marks and having established the Temple of St. Marks and appointing it's first priest. She also comissioned a new fort be built near the Hudson River near Hoboken and expanded the Winter Palace of Hoboken. During her reign she was able to build up a larger economy. She is the mother of Queen Victoria IV and was wife of King Theomos X. She is also credited to founding the new language known as Batese and tried to translate her mothers memorial but over the years her mothers grave had been robbed. She is the first Queen to have moved to the Palace of Hoboken.
