Negrat is a God from the Northern provinces of the United Kingdom. It is said that he is the son of Tibli and Wilcox the Oshkosh Sea Nymph. Negrat is considered a God of Wisdom by many subgroups in the region. His main Temple is located at the confluence of the River Negrat and the Tellawow River.
