The National Museum of Athens is the worlds most famous and largest museum. It covers all of the history of Gabanian culture and society. But what it is most famous for is that it covers the entire history of the Athenian Peoples.
The museum was founded in 1789 B.U.K. by Emperor Augustus XI.
The Location of the museum is in the Hill of Mars. The second highest point in the city after the Hill of Athena which holds the great Temple. The Museum covers a area roughly the size of the mountain top. It's design is that to mimic the temple.
The Museum is home to many ancient Athenian Artifacts such as ships, boats, armor, weapons, pots, manuscripts, books, papers, clothing, food, and countless other artifacts of Athenian Origin.
